Support Balm

Apply to the chest, throat, spine, brainstem, temples, or bottoms of feet (wherever your body needs support most). Many customers apply nightly before bed, or at the first sign of illness.

FOR IMMUNE SUPPORT:
- Apply to the following areas of your choice 1-2X daily: on the bottom of your feet, along your spine, on both wrists

FOR BRAIN SUPPORT:
-Apply to the following areas of your choice 1-2X daily: on the bottom of your feet, along your spine, on both wrists, back of your neck/brainstem, behind both ears, on your big toes, and on your forehead/temples

FOR SLEEP SUPPORT:
-Apply to the following areas of your choice 20-30 minutes before bedtime: on the bottom of your feet, on both wrists, and hands (Note: you can also use it along your spine if you choose. We suggest avoiding your brainstem and big toes, since it can be stimulating at bedtime). Please experiment and find what works best for you.
