At Tropical Tallow, each product is handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
No Returns or Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any products, including opened or unopened items. This policy ensures the integrity and quality of every product we deliver to our customers.
Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Orders
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to have a great experience.
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is:
- Damaged in transit
- Defective
- Incorrect (you received the wrong item)
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@tropicaltallow.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Allergies & Skin Sensitivities
Our products are made with natural ingredients, but individual reactions can vary. We recommend reviewing all ingredients carefully before purchase and performing a patch test prior to full use.
We are not responsible for adverse reactions, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for these cases.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, orders are processed quickly and cannot be modified or canceled.
Shipping Issues
Tropical Tallow is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by carriers
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
